Hootsuite announces third acquisition in last 60 days

March 21st, 2017:  Hootsuite has acquired a Snapchat analytics solution/tool from Los Angeles-based Naritiv.  This is Hootsuite’s third announcement in the past 60 days which strikes us as an indication that the Company may be strengthening its product offering and platform prior to testing the public markets at some point during the next 12 months. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed but apparently, Hootsuite will not be taking an equity position or other investment in Naritiv.  This looks to be a simply buy versus build decision with an added acquihire component of three employees.  I do like the CEO Ryan Holmes’ emphasis on Hootsuite being valued at “well over” $1 billion.  Is that Canadian dollars or US?
